Quick cheat sheet:
Deff breakers need 35 accuracy (so shaina/sabrina need 10 thanks to the shaina passive)
Slowest monster 169+ combat speed

If you use julie for PC/dragons she needs to be at most +59 speed.
If you also use shaina for SR, she needs to be +58 and julie +59.
