Sometimes Summoners War surprises you in the most unexpected ways. On my beginner account, I managed to pull a Light Jack-O’-Lantern Misty – a monster that used to be a Hall of Heroes unit, but my account was too young to have picked her up back then. Now in 2025, Misty is easily a Top 3 LD Nat 4 in the current control meta, and her insane anti-control utility makes her a must-build monster for RTA.
But that wasn’t the only upgrade! I also rolled a Violent Slot 6 Rune that ended up with high RES%, making it amazing for bruiser or support units. Of course, I would’ve preferred a huge SPD roll, but resistance like this is still game-changing for surviving debuff-heavy teams.
It’s pulls and upgrades like this that make progressing on a young account so much fun – every new toy or rune can shift your strategy completely.
